Series V Sample Pack $9.95
Our Series V Flexible LED Strips are best suited for most applications that aren't exposed to moisture/contaminants. They have 3M double sided adhesive on the back, and can be cut to length using scissors. Series V Strips utilize standard 5mm LED's, adding variety to your mounting options, and are available in 6 colors. These strips are designed for 12V operation but will begin to illuminate as low as 6V, so a number of different battery configurations can be used (a 3S Lipo would work well).
An interesting way to mount these would be to put evenly spaced holes in the body and string the strip inside with the LED's pressed into the holes. You could also use these strips to spell out letters and make signs.
In the fourth image below you can view the colors from left to right: warm white, cool white, yellow, blue, green, and red. The camera doesn't capture the full vibrance/trueness of the colors, but should give you a good idea.
Unlike our other LED strips, Series V is only available in half-meter (19.7in) lengths, but we do offer better pricing for ordering 5 lengths at a time. Strips of same or different colors can easily be soldered end-to-end (ie red, white, and blue). We also sell a sample pack which includes a single section (3 LED's) of each color. Each 19.7in length will come with a short wire lead and sample packs will likely not have leads.
